At Freshly Picked, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
